Troubleshooting of common faults of superfine pulverizer

1. Backjet at the feed inlet: improper adjustment of the air valve, blockage of the conveying pipe, blockage of the screen hole, too short or poor permeability of the powder collecting bag, severe abrasion of the hammer edge, etc. will cause backjet at the feed inlet. In case of this phenomenon, first find out the cause, and then take targeted elimination measures, or adjust the air valve to remove the blockage, or replace the powder collecting bag to increase the permeability, or replace the hammer.
2. Bearing overheating: the bearing will overheat when the bearing is poorly lubricated, damaged, or the main shaft is bent, the rotor is seriously unbalanced, or the belt is too tight. The bearings can be restored to normal state by adding and replacing lubricating oil, replacing bearings and spindles, balancing rotors, adjusting belt tightness, etc.
3. Strong vibration of the crusher: the following reasons may cause strong vibration of the crusher:
① The hammer is installed and arranged incorrectly;
② The weight deviation of the corresponding two groups of hammers is too large;
③ The bearing is damaged or the main shaft is bent;
④ The connecting screws of the feet are loose. If the hammers are incorrectly arranged, they shall be rearranged according to the requirements of the instructions; If the weight deviation of the corresponding two groups of hammers is too large, the weight shall be balanced so that the weight difference does not exceed 5g; If the bearing is damaged or the spindle is bent, it shall be replaced in time; If the foot connecting screws are loose, they should be tightened.
4. Abnormal sound in the crusher: parts in the crusher are damaged or fall off, or stones, iron and other hard objects enter the crusher, which will produce abnormal sound. Stop the machine immediately for inspection, replace the damaged parts or take out the hard objects.
5. Low production efficiency: insufficient motor power, improper belt pulley preparation, belt slipping, severe hammer wear, uneven feeding or high water content of raw materials are the main reasons for low production efficiency. In case of the above situations, corresponding measures can be taken to solve them, or the motor or pulley can be replaced to increase the speed, but the rated working speed cannot be exceeded; Or adjust the belt tightness, or replace the belt, or replace the hammer. During the operation, the feeding shall be uniform, with a small amount of fast feeding to keep continuous and uniform; Raw materials that are too wet shall be dried and then crushed.
