1. Bearing overheating. The user should pay special attention to the temperature rise of the bearing and the noise at the bearing part, and handle the abnormal situation as soon as possible.
Causes and solutions: ① Too much, too little or aging of lubricating oil in the bearing is the main cause of bearing overheating, so it is necessary to add lubricating oil in a timely and quantitative manner according to the requirements of the Operation Manual. Generally, lubrication accounts for 70% - 80% of the bearing space; ② The two bearing seats are uneven, which will make the bearing bear the impact of additional load, thus causing overheating of the bearing. In this case, the food grinder should be stopped immediately to remove the fault, so as to avoid early damage to the bearing.
2. The whole food grinder vibrates.
Causes and solutions: ① The rotor of the crusher is not concentric. The reason is that the two bearing surfaces of the palm rotor shaft are not in the same plane. Copper sheet can be padded on the bottom surface of the support bearing seat, or adjustable wedge iron can be added at the bottom of the bearing to ensure that the two shaft heads are concentric. ② The motor rotor is not concentric with the crusher rotor. The position of the motor can be moved left or right, or the motor feet can be padded to adjust the concentricity of the two rotors.
The food grinder can be used for soybean milk, dextrin, hawthorn kernel slices, white sugar, dried ginger, garlic slices, dates, pumpkin powder, shells, bone powder, and various foods.
