6. After the tea grinder has been running for a period of time, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out to find hidden dangers and eliminate them in time:
① The wear of wearing parts in the crushing chamber shall be checked regularly and irregularly. The normal wear time of general wearing parts shall be determined according to different material properties, hardness and service time. The wearing parts (rails and hammerheads) shall be strictly controlled to the extent that they affect the fixing and connecting bolts, and they shall be replaced in time to avoid damaging the whole crushing chamber after falling off and causing serious consequences.
② Piping system: pay attention to whether the bolts of the pipe connection parts are loose and leak air, and whether the pipes are corroded.
③ Electrical part: use compressed air to blow the dust on all electrical components and motors in the electric control cabinet.
④ Dust remover part: check the sealing condition, especially the welding seam and around the access door; Carefully check the operation of pulse solenoid valve and pulse controller for flexibility and reliability; Check whether the parts fixing the filter bag are loose, whether the filter bag is damaged, and whether the tightness is appropriate; After the pulse dust remover has worked for 8 hours accumulatively, the accumulated water in the air bag on the dust remover shall be discharged once; When the humidity is greater than 80%, the water shall be drained every 2 hours.
