2. Trial run. Check whether the bolts are fastened, the tightness of the belt, the reliability of the protective cover, etc.

3. Start various stable motors in the following order, turn off the grinder->dust collector->classification equipment->screw feeder->open the throttle valve->ventilator.

4. After the empty car runs for 5 minutes, the operator carefully observes the various instruments on the control cabinet to make the no-load current stable before feeding. After feeding, the current is not allowed to exceed the rated value, otherwise it should be reduced to the amount of feeding to ensure that the normal operation of the discharge can be arranged.

5. It can be stopped in the following order, screw feeder -> 5 minutes later, it can be closed with the host, dust collector, sorter -> blower.

6. Operate the infinitely variable speed handle to change the speed of the grading wheel and adjust the product to meet the requirements at the same time. If fine particle size is required, the speed can be increased, and vice versa, the speed can be decreased, and the particle size is large. Proper use of the ultrafine grinder can prolong the service life of the equipment.
