The superfine pulverizer has high requirements on the water content of the material, generally not more than 10 points, because the finer the powder, the more water will come out, which increases the specific gravity of the material and makes multiple particles stick together. If the moisture content of the material is high, it will increase the difficulty of crushing and reduce the output.

3. Equipment maintenance. Regular maintenance of equipment is the guarantee of the service life of the crusher and the output of crushing fineness. The equipment needs to be filled with lubricating oil regularly to check the aging degree of each seal and the wear condition of the broken medium.

4. Feed fineness. No matter which manufacturer's ultrafine pulverizer you buy, the fineness of the feed will definitely be marked on the operation manual, generally marked below 1mm. If the feed fineness is too large, it will have a great impact on the service life of the machine, and it is also very difficult to crush. In fact, the principle is the same as eating. You have to eat slowly to help digestion.
