The superfine pulverizer adopts the form of heavy pressure mill and shear to realize superfine pulverization of dry materials. It consists of cylindrical crushing chamber, grinding wheel, grinding track, fan and material collection system. It can be pulverized at normal temperature, but cannot be pulverized; it can obtain finer powder than normal temperature pulverization; it can obtain powder with good fluidity; it can prevent the material from deteriorating due to pulverization and heating, and keep the color, aroma, taste and nutritional content of the pulverized material unchanged; It can prevent dust explosion during the crushing process and reduce noise; the crusher has high crushing capacity.

When selecting a superfine pulverizer application, its control bixu meets the following requirements:

1. Optimize the hierarchical structure. Classification is a key link in the ultrafine pulverization system. One of the most outstanding features of the ultrafine pulverizer is that it can realize continuous feeding and discharging, preventing unnecessary energy consumption caused by excessive crushing of materials. Appropriate Zengda classifier wheel diameter, increased speed and reduced air flow can ensure the fine particle separation of the classifier.

2. Screw feeder, oscillating feeder or star feeder can be used to ensure the continuous supply of materials in the crushing chamber and meet the material concentration in the crushing chamber.

3. Double frequency conversion control technology can make the control of the machine reach a higher level, greatly improving the discharge speed and material fineness.

4. The raw materials entering the superfine pulverizer should be as small as possible. In order to achieve this goal, ordinary mechanical pulverizers should be used for pre-crushing before ultra-fine pulverization, which is a direct and effective method of saving energy and increasing production.
