Ultrafine crushing technology is a high-tech developed rapidly in the past 20 years. It refers to the process of crushing 0.5~5mm material particles to microns or even nanometers (5~25 microns) by mechanical or fluid power. The general crushing technology can only make the particle size of the material reach 45 μm, but the modern ultra-fine grinding technology can crush the material into an ultrafine powder of 10 μm or even 1 μm.

According to the size or granularity of raw materials and finished products, crushing can be divided into four types: coarse crushing, fine crushing, micro crushing (ultrafine crushing) and superfine crushing. Generally speaking, ultrafine powder can be divided into nano powder, submicron powder and micron powder. Powders with a particle size of 1-100 nanometers are called nanopowders, powders with a particle size of 1-100 microns are called micropowders, and powders with a particle size of 0.1-1 microns are called submicron powders.

The material of the superfine pulverizer enters the grinding chamber from the material door through the screw conveyor, and is cut and pulverized by the high-speed rotating blade. The material is transported to the cyclone separator by negative pressure pneumatic conveying. The dust and matter discharged from the bag filter are filtered and recovered by the bag filter in the dust box. There is no dust flying during the production process, which can improve the utilization rate of materials and reduce the cost of enterprises. The crushing unit is mainly composed of main machine, auxiliary machine and electrical cabinet. Compact design, reasonable structure, no screen space separation. All ultrafine grinder housings are stainless steel. This machine is equipped with a grading mechanism, which can complete crushing and grading at one time. Negative pressure conveying can continuously discharge the heat generated in the cavity during the crushing operation, so it is also suitable for crushing heat-sensitive materials. The machine has a wide application range, continuous production process, and adjustable output granularity.
