The oil-immersed type is generally used for the lubrication of the reducer, the oil storage must be kept on the oil mark line, and the oil quality must be kept clean. If it is used frequently, the new oil must be changed every three months. When replacing, the reducer needs to be disassembled, washed and cleaned, and then new oil should be added.

The electrical control parts of the mixer also need to be kept clean. When problems are found, they need to be corrected in time.

At the end of each use or shutdown, the remaining material in the V-shaped bucket should be taken out, and the remaining powder in each part of the machine should be cleaned. If it is not used for a long time, the V-type mixer needs to be wiped clean and covered with a tarpaulin.

When assembling and disassembling the V-shaped bucket, it needs to be disassembled, installed stably, and placed with care to avoid deformation and damage.

At the same time, it is necessary to check the machine parts regularly, usually 1-2 times a month. The inspection items are mainly whether the power shaft, transmission, gearbox and other moving parts are sensitive to rotation and wear conditions. If any defects are found, they should be corrected in time so that the mixer can operate normally.
