​ The role of the hammer in the super fine grinder structure

Generally, it is used to crush materials. When working, the materials enter the crushing chamber from the feed port and are crushed by the high-speed rotating hammer. The crushed materials fly to the tooth plate at a high speed and collide with the tooth plate to be further crushed. The rebound is again impacted by the hammer of the hammer mill, and at the same time, the material is also subjected to friction and shearing between the end of the hammer and the sieve plate. When the material is crushed to a certain extent, the particles smaller than the sieve hole will be discharged from the crushing chamber, and the particles larger than the sieve hole will continue to be crushed together with the newly entered material.

The thickness of the hammer has a great relationship with the production capacity of the super fine grinder. It is generally believed that within a certain range of crushing material conditions, the production capacity of thin hammers is higher than that of thick hammers. Therefore, the thickness of the hammer is taken as an important parameter affecting production capacity in the design.
