2. Correct the inclination of the backing plate. The installation of the mixer is different from the installation of general equipment, it is installed and aligned on a slope. The inclination of the primary and secondary mixers is 20/100, and each set of mounting pads consists of a flat pad and a pair of inclined pads. First install the flat backing plate with the slurry method, and determine the position of the backing plate according to the longitudinal and transverse centerlines of the mixer; the limit deviation of the backing plate elevation is ±0.5mm. The inclination inspection of each flat backing plate is to use an angle block processed by the manufacturer with a similar inclination to the mixer, place the angle block on the backing plate, and use a square level to check its vertical and horizontal directions on the angle block. When the levelness tolerance is 0.1/1000, the inclination of the flat backing plate is considered qualified.
