When the mixing slurry in the mixing chamber rotates at a high speed, the raw materials near the mixing slurry rotate with the mixing slurry due to the friction of the slurry blade surface and the push off of the blade end face; Under the action of high-speed rotating centrifugal force, these materials are thrown to the wall of the mixing chamber again, becoming the materials that continuously hit the wall. Under the thrust of the later materials, when the materials that hit the wall rise to a certain height along the inner wall of the mixing chamber, the gravity of the materials makes it fall back to the center of the mixing chamber, and then the rotating blades are thrown out, repeating the original movement; As the mixing chamber is also equipped with a baffle plate, it can destroy the relatively regular motion mode of the rotating flow of raw materials, thus disturbing the movement direction of materials; Moreover, due to the mixing movement of several material flows, the raw materials will be rubbed and pushed, which will generate a certain amount of friction heat between the raw materials; In addition, sometimes the mixing of raw materials also requires heating outside the mixing room, so that the mixture will be heated up. Due to the combined effect of these conditions, all kinds of mixed materials in the mixing room will be uniformly mixed
