(1) The rotor of the multifunctional pulverizer is not concentric. The reason is that the two bearing surfaces that support the palm rotor shaft are not in the same plane. The bottom surface of the bearing seat can be padded with a copper sheet, or an adjustable wedge iron can be added to the bottom of the bearing to ensure that the two shaft heads are concentric.

(2) The crushing chamber vibrates greatly. The reason is that the coupling is not concentric with the rotor or the quality of the flat hammer inside the rotor is uneven. According to different types of couplings, corresponding methods can be used to adjust the connection between the coupling and the motor: when the quality of the hammer heads of the small household pulverizer is uneven, each group of hammer heads must be reselected so that the symmetrical hammer heads are less than 5G.

(3) The original balance is destroyed. After repairs, a dynamic balance test must be performed on the motor to ensure the overall balance of the motor.

(4) The anchor bolts of the ultrafine pulverizer system are loose or the foundation is not firm. During installation or maintenance, the anchor bolts should be tightened evenly. A shock absorber should be installed between the anchor foundation and the crusher to reduce vibration.

(5) The hammer head is broken or there are hard debris in the crushing room. These will cause the rotor to rotate unbalanced and cause the whole machine to vibrate. Therefore, regular inspection is required, especially for severely worn hammers. When replacing, replace symmetrically; if there is abnormal sound during the operation of the multi-functional pulverizer, stop the machine immediately for inspection, find out the reason, and deal with it in time.
