1. Routine maintenance
Routine maintenance should be performed by the equipment operator on duty. Before handover, carefully check the handover records, check the operating equipment, and check the production parameters. During the process, listen to the running sound, feel the temperature of the equipment, and check whether the production pressure, liquid level, and instrument signals are abnormal.
Handle the on-duty issues well before leaving get off work, fill in the shift records and operating equipment records, and go through the shift procedures.
2. Multi-level maintenance
Multi-level maintenance is carried out according to the accumulated running time of the equipment. The small ultrafine pulverizer equipment runs for 240 hours for maintenance, 720 hours for the second level maintenance, and 1000 hours for the third level maintenance. The ultrafine pulverizer equipment runs for 1,000 hours for one maintenance, 3,000 hours for the second maintenance, and 10,000 hours for the third maintenance.
(1) Check the appearance. All transmission parts and exposed parts are free of corrosion, and the surrounding environment is clean and tidy.
(2) Check the transmission part. Check the technical condition of each component, tighten loose parts, adjust the fit clearance, check the wear of bearings and bearing bushes, check and replace balance plates, mouth rings and impellers, etc. , so as to achieve normal transmission of sound, anquan and reliable.
(3) Check the lubrication condition. Check whether the performance indicators of lubricating oil and grease are qualified, whether the oil filter is clogged or dirty, add new oil according to the oil level of the fuel tank or replace the engine oil according to the quality of the oil. To achieve clean oil, smooth oil passage, no leakage, no abrasion.
(4) Electrical system. Wipe the motor, check the terminals of the motor and power supply cables, and check whether the insulation and grounding are complete, clean, firm and reliable.
(5) Overhaul the pipeline. Whether the valve is leaking, whether the switch is flexible, and whether the filter is clogged.
