In this case, the feeding door should be reduced or closed immediately, or the feeding method should be changed, and the feeding amount should be controlled by increasing the feeder. There are two types of feeders: manual feeders and automatic feeders. Users should choose the appropriate feeder according to the actual situation. Because the crusher has high speed and heavy load, the load fluctuates greatly. Therefore, the current of the ultrafine pulverizer is generally controlled at about 85 points of the rated current.

If the discharge pipe is not smooth or the feed is blocked too quickly, it will block the tuyere of the pulverizer; if it is not properly matched with the conveying equipment, the discharge pipe will be blocked after the wind force is weakened or there is no wind. After the failure is found, the conveying equipment should be cleaned first, the unmatched conveying equipment should be replaced, and the feeding amount should be adjusted to make the equipment operate normally.

Hammer head damage, aging, screen closure, crushing, and high moisture content of the crushed material will block the crusher. Broken and severely aged hammers should be replaced regularly to keep the crusher in good working condition, and the screen should be checked regularly. The moisture content of the material to be crushed should be lower than 14 points, which can not only improve the production efficiency, but also prevent the crusher from clogging and improve the reliability of the crusher.
