1. Check that the power supply of the ribbon mixer meets the requirements, mainly to see its voltage; after connecting the power supply equipment, observe whether the direction of the auger in the mixer is correct and whether it violates the standard switch motor wiring; there is no abnormal sound when the equipment is turned on. Then there is the mixing process of materials. If the initial mixing is not good, it can be adjusted by changing sieves with different apertures. Others can also adjust the amount of material inhaled. As long as the distance from the bottom edge of the inner tube of the nozzle to the pit is adjusted, the working efficiency can be improved.
2. Pay attention to the inspection and maintenance of the shell of the ribbon mixer, and keep away the dirt and obstacles in time. Regularly check the oil in each lubricating place, circuit and control equipment, and add lubricating oil as needed to prevent equipment from aging. Before daily operation, the ribbon mixer should be idling for 1 to 2 minutes, and check the reliability of the clutch and brake on the machine.
3. During the operation of the ribbon mixer, listen to the noise of the motor, whether the reducer and transmission device are normal, and whether the temperature rise is too high. If there is a problem, stop the operation for maintenance until it can resume normal operation. After purchase, we need to debug it. The debugging is related to whether we can achieve the mixing effect when we use the ribbon mixer mixture in the future. Therefore, we must carefully operate the initial commissioning of the ribbon mixer.
