② Note that after the equipment is started normally, then feed and mix, and the feed should be added slowly according to the required order.
③ Prepare sealing rings, rubber rings for couplings, V-belts and rolling bearings. The working parts of these parts are prone to failure and should be replaced in time if necessary.

Cone type mixer maintenance can generally be carried out once a year. Note the following points:
① Check and repair the gap between the mixing paddle, the scraper and the inner wall of the mixing chamber to meet the requirements in the table below.
②Remove each rolling bearing, clean and check; replace severely worn parts. Replace grease and seals.
③ Check whether the main drive shaft is bent or worn.
④ Check and clean the cylinder, replace the wearing parts of the sealing ring and guide sleeve, and check whether the piston rod is bent, deformed and worn.
⑤ After the inspection of the main parts, make a record, test if necessary, prepare the parts and accessories, and propose the next maintenance and replacement.
