Poor wall breaking effect - the cell diameter of traditional Chinese medicine is generally between 10 and 50 microns, and some of them reach 70 microns, so only some cells begin to break the wall when they are crushed to two or three hundred meshes. To achieve wall breaking for the purpose of improving the efficacy, the fineness baseline should be set to about 500 meshes (25 microns in equivalent diameter). 4. High use cost - when the current general ultramicro pulverizer is applied to traditional Chinese medicine, if it pursues better crushing effect, it needs to be repeatedly crushed, which cannot achieve good production efficiency or cost.
