1. Keep in mind that the current shall not be greater than 15A during the operation of the ultramicro pulverizer. It is strictly forbidden to open the upper cover and put your hand into the crushing chamber during the use of the ultra-fine pulverizer. The superfine pulverizer is a dry type pulverizer, which is not suitable for crushing wet and greasy substances. The ultramicro pulverizer adopts an overheating protector. If the motor is overloaded, it will stop automatically. If you continue to operate, please press the protector again.
2. Tighten the butterfly nuts of the upper cover and crushing chamber of the superfine pulverizer. Check whether there is any foreign matter in the crushing chamber (it must be empty before starting), and turn on the power.
3. Start the motor of the superfine pulverizer, rotate the machine for 1-2 minutes without load, and then feed the materials from the feeding tray gradually. The feeding should not be too fast or too much. If the motor does not rotate in case of material jamming, please turn it off immediately to prevent the motor from burning. Continue to use it after removing the jammed material.
