(1) The hammer was installed incorrectly during maintenance and assembly. To prevent the rotor weight from losing balance, all hammers in the crusher must be turned around by changing the face, or strong vibration will occur during operation.
(2) The spindle is bent and deformed. The solution is to straighten or replace.
(3) The difference between the weights of the corresponding two groups of hammers exceeds 5g. The elimination method is to adjust the hammer weight so that the difference between the corresponding two groups of weights is less than 5g.
(4) The weight of other parts on the rotor is unbalanced, so it is necessary to carefully check and adjust the balance.
(5) Some hammers are stuck too tightly and do not swing away during operation. After the machine is stopped, it can be observed by hand to make the hammer rotate flexibly.
(6) The bearing clearance exceeds the limit or is damaged. Generally, the problem can be solved by replacing the bearing with a new one.
(7) The bottom corner fixing nut is not fastened tightly or loose during operation. The solution is fastening.
