V-type mixer

The mixing barrel of the machine has unique structure, uniform mixing, high efficiency and no material accumulation. The whole machine has simple structure and easy operation. The external surface and material contact parts are made of high-quality stainless steel, which has beautiful appearance and is convenient for maintenance and cleaning. One end of the machine is equipped with a motor and a reducer. The motor power is transmitted to the reducer through the belt, and the reducer is transmitted to the V-shaped barrel through the coupler. Make the V-shaped barrel run continuously, and drive the materials in the barrel to mix up, down, left and right.

Two-dimensional mixer

Two dimensional mixer, the full name of two-dimensional motion mixer, as the name implies, refers to the mixer whose rotary drum can move in two directions at the same time. The two directions of motion are the rotation of the rotary drum, which swings with the swing frame. The mixed materials in the rotating cylinder rotate, turn over and mix with the rotating cylinder, and at the same time, they mix left and right with the swinging of the rotating cylinder. Under the combined action of these two movements, the materials are fully mixed in a short time.

The two-dimensional mixer is composed of three parts: rotary drum, swing frame and frame. The rotary drum is installed on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two stop wheels. Among the four support rollers, two drive wheels are driven by the rotary power system to make the rotary drum rotate. The swing frame is driven by a group of crank swing bar mechanisms. The crank swing bar mechanisms are installed on the frame, and the swing frame is supported on the frame by bearing components, so that the rotating cylinder can participate in the swing while rotating, so that the materials in the cylinder can be fully mixed.
