The use of super fine grinder must meet these requirements

1. Optimize the hierarchical structure. Classification is a crucial part of the ultrafine grinding system. A notable feature of the super fine grinder is that it can realize continuous feeding and discharging to prevent excessively fine grinding of materials and cause unnecessary energy consumption. Appropriately increase the diameter of the classification wheel, increase the speed, and reduce the air flow to ensure that the separation particle size of the classifier is fine.
2. Spiral feeder, oscillating feeder or star feeder can be used to ensure continuous supply of materials in the crushing chamber to meet the material concentration in the crushing chamber.
3. The advanced double frequency conversion control technology enables the control of the machine to reach a higher level, and greatly improves the discharge speed and fineness of the material.
4. The raw materials entering the super fine grinder should be as small as possible. In order to achieve this goal, ordinary mechanical pulverizers should be used for pre-crushing treatment before superfine pulverization, which is a more direct and effective way to save energy and increase unit output.
There are several reasons for the strong vibration of the super fine grinder:
(1) The hammer was installed incorrectly during the inspection and assembly. When the hammer blades are turned around, in order to prevent the weight of the rotor from losing balance, all hammer blades in the pulverizer must be turned around at the same time, otherwise strong vibration will occur during operation.
(2) The weight difference between the corresponding two groups of hammers exceeds 5 grams. The way to get rid of it is to adjust the weight of the hammer so that the difference between the corresponding two groups of weights is less than 5 grams.
(3) Individual hammers are stuck too tightly and cannot be released during operation. You can turn it by hand to observe after stopping the machine, and find a way to make the hammer rotate flexibly.
(4) The weight of other parts on the rotor is unbalanced. At this time, it is necessary to carefully check and adjust the balance separately.
(5) The main shaft is bent and deformed. The solution is to straighten or replace.
(6) The bearing clearance exceeds the limit or is damaged. Generally, the problem can be solved by replacing the bearing with a new one.
(7) The fixing nut at the bottom corner is not fixed tightly or loosened during operation. The solution is to fasten.
