Since the pitch of the inner spiral belt should be less than that of the outer spiral belt, in order to achieve the same ability to push materials, the pitch of the inner spiral belt should be less than that of the outer spiral belt, and the width should be greater than that of the outer spiral belt, otherwise the materials will be concentrated in one direction. Therefore, pay attention to this when selecting the horizontal mixer.
3. According to the design principle, the gap between the spiral belt and the shell in the spiral belt mixer can be 4mm-10mm, and all materials can be driven to participate in mixing by friction. 4. Pay attention to the discharging method when selecting the horizontal spiral belt mixer. Timely communicate with the supplier to select the valve type suitable for their own process, and do not select the side outlet type. The reason is that when the mixer completes mixing within the specified time, Zui can discharge the materials in a short time to ensure the uniformity of the materials; If the spiral belt at the side opening is used to discharge the material gradually, first, it will delay the time and fail to reach the expected productivity; second, the material has already reached * uniformity, and excessive mixing will cause material segregation and damage the uniformity, thus losing the significance of selecting a horizontal mixer.
5. Pay attention to the feeding sequence when using the horizontal mixer. Generally, large materials, such as corn flour and soybean meal, are put in first, and then the materials are divided into groups, such as premix. It should be noted that the premix must not be fed with a screw elevator, but should be fed with a one-time tipping bucket or manually, so as to avoid the segregation and loss of effective ingredients in the premix.
6. If the horizontal mixer is used, the materials shall be fed batch by batch after the mixer is started. Do not stop the machine when discharging after mixing, and mix another batch after discharging. If the motor is started after full load, the motor will be burnt due to too large power distance.
