1. The machine adopts electromagnetic speed regulation. Before starting, please turn on the main power, the power indicator light is on, then activate the motor button, then activate the on-off switch on the speed control panel, the indicator light is on, then rotate slowly to reach the normal mixing speed.
2. If the user needs the stirring time of the temple, it should be specified in the contract. Our factory can install a time relay, so that the user can specify the mixing time according to the mixing requirements of the material;
3. After mixing, shut down the machine according to the starting sequence. If you find that the blanking effect is not ideal, please press the button to meet the blanking requirements.
Three-dimensional mixer precautions:
1. When loading and unloading, the motor of the three-dimensional mixer must be turned off to prevent electrical failures and unnecessary accidents.
2. The mixing of the three-dimensional mixer is three-dimensional space mixing, and a safety fence is added within the effective range of the material pipe to avoid life safety accidents.
3. Do not stand in front of the cylinder before starting to avoid accidents.
