2. Understand the characteristics of the mixed composition of materials

3. Carry out standardized equipment operation
When operating a certain mixing equipment, it is necessary for the operator to have a certain understanding of the market conditions of the product, the production process, the operation and precautions of the equipment, and emergency treatment, especially for training and practice on the operation of the equipment and emergency measures. Only good operating practices can improve the mixing efficiency and improve the product quality without any mistakes. For example, the order of the employees in the feeding process should put the components with a large proportion into the machine first, or after most of them enter the machine, and then put a small amount and trace components on top, that is, put them in a place that is easy to disperse.
