1. The ultrafine crusher runs for about a week and needs to be shut down to check if the filtering and dust removal are blocked, and to clean the filtering and film coated dust removal bags.
2. Bearings with oil injection standards should be regularly lubricated and maintained with high-temperature grease.
3. Before production, run the machine empty and check if there is any abnormal noise in the equipment. After every one or two months, stop the machine to check if the sturdy parts are loose.
4. Before each shift shuts down, the empty machine is loaded and all materials in the machine chamber are discharged.
